Every week on a Sunday, a new photo is used as a prompt for Flash Fiction challenge using around 200 words based on that image. Your story does not have to be exactly what the item in the photo is as long as there is at least a reference to it. You can make it anything you want, and enjoy what you write, and we will as well.

Please remember to add your piece to the list of others by clicking on the little creature, and you can also add the creature to your own post by clicking on the link beneath it. Have fun, and I look forward to reading what you have written.

  1. Hi Joe! Pleased to meet you 🙂 Thank you for taking over from Al… I love Sunday’s installment of photo fiction. I haven’t been around lately for personal reasons, so I’m hoping to shortly write off your today’s prompt. I’m really glad you kept this going. I guess the best we can all do is leave a pingback on posts and publicize our stories stating it originated from this site. I gotta shoot, but let me know any ideas you might have for reaching more bloggers and maybe we can put our heads together and come up with something? See you soon, Vic 🙂

      1. Okay… I hash-tagged it under #writingprompts which I know a lot of people use…I am trying, without much success, to edit the Tweet to add #sundayphotofiction as well, but it doesn’t want to play along! lol… I’ll get it put up somehow and then next week it will be seemless.
