Sunday Photo Fiction – November 29 2015

Sunday Photo Fiction is a weekly writing challenge where a photo is used as a prompt for a piece of fiction using around 200 words. The piece doesn’t have to centre around exactly what the photo is, it can be just used as a basis for a story. I stood for ages watching this tyre in the water, just bouncing around. I found it somewhat mesmerizing.

The piece doesn’t have to centre around exactly what the photo is, it can be just used as a basis for a story. I was going to use a photo associated with Halloween, but in hindsight, that should have been last week. This photo instead, is that of a 17th century well that was discovered round the corner from me when they were digging up some land to build a new cinema.
