Today, I want to do something a bit different. This week marks my one-year anniversary of hosting Sunday Photo Fiction. The year has had it challenges, but seeing the stories posted here and hearing how much joy this site brings makes it all worthwhile. To honor the occasion, I searched the archives of SPF founder Al Forbes (A Mixed Bag) and chose the photo that first brought me here. Thanks to Al for starting this amazing forum and to all you loyal followers and writers.

I try to change-up the subject from week-to-week to keep things fresh, so if your photo hasn’t been used, be assured it will be at the right time.
