Welcome to 2019 and Sunday Photo Fiction! Each week I will post a new photograph, taken either by myself or donated by a member of the community. The challenge is to write a story using 200 words or less based, on the prompt. When you are done, post your story and the photo prompt on your blog.  Use the InLinkz froggy icon below to add your story to the SPF collection. While you are there, take time to read and comment on some of the other stories. I know you will not be disappointed.

FYI – InLinkz has moved to a new platform and this week is the first week I have used it. If you are having problems linking, use a ping-back in the comments below. I would also appreciate knowing what the problems are so I can address them (if possible).  If it is too difficult, I may abandon InLinkz and go with just the ping-backs.

If you are new to the site or flash fiction, check out the ABOUT SPF page with more information about the challenge. There is also a page called TIPS FOR BEGINNERS.

For those of you who would like to donate a photograph, the PHOTO DONATION page tells you how. And if SPF is not enough to keep the creative fires burning, the FLASH FICTION LINK page lists some of the more popular flash fiction challenges.

    1. They don’t support the old version anymore. How was it more difficult? Maybe there is something in the set-up I can change.

    1. Are you saying you can’t use the blue button? InLinkz has changed and I switched to the new site this week, so I apologize for any problems. I would like to try and figure out what the problems are because the old site is no longer maintained. For now, a ping back is good

      1. I clicked on the button and got the pictures of everyone;s posts as expected, but there was nowhere to put my URL and I;m not on FB or any other social media, so my other options were opening accounts.

      1. That’s new. When I tested it, it worked fine because I had an account. Did they as for payment? Mine is $2.99 a month to create the links. I would not expect anyone to pay just to post their story.

    1. I inherited InLinkz when I took over the site so I don’t know much about it. I will check it out. I might be able to continue with the old one a while longer. Stay tuned

      1. Mr. Linky doesn’t have photos that I know of… Good luck. Change isn’t always good… however change is the only true constant 🙂
