I have a a new laptop. Yay. It is going to take some getting used to as the keys are in slightly different places, with some being in searchably different ones. Like the Delete, Home and End buttons – which I use a great deal when I go back and correct spelling erorrs when I spot tehm. The mouse pad can’t be turned off either – or if it can, I haven’t found how to yet. I am very happy with it though, and glad I can get back to doing what I want with it. Thanks to everyone for sticking by the prompts whilst going through the problems.

EDIT: Thanks to Jules Paige who told me where to look for turning the mousepad off.

The idea of Sunday Photo Fiction is to create a story / poem or something using around about 200 words with the photo as a guide. It doesn’t have to be centre stage in the story, I have seen some where the placement is so subtle, the writer states where it is.

Once you have written and posted your story, please add the link to the inlinkz froggy icon below and add it to the collection so we can all have a read.

The main object is to have fun.

    1. I love the fact that you admit to hitting the wrong button when you are ‘tdire’.
And Al casually did not correct ‘tehm’.
      You guys make me laguh!

      1. Can’t always go by me — I should have been born in the 1800s as me and technology are not friends. I always have gremlins in my computer.
Once, I kept calling tech in the office where I worked because of what my computer was doing. Tech kept saying it was impossible. Finally, one of the tech guys came up, saw what my computer was doing, and called down to the tech office and said “Guys, you gotta come up here, she’s right, her computer does behave that way!”

  1. I’m so happy you have a new laptop, finally! I know what you mean, it always takes a little time to get used to all the differences, and can be frustrating in the meantime. Good luck working out all the bugs.

I love the photo this week. What kind of flower is that?
