Every week on a Sunday, a new photo is used as a prompt for Flash Fiction challenge using around 200 words based on that image. Your story does not have to be exactly what the item in the photo is as long as there is at least a reference to it. You can make it anything you want, and enjoy what you write, and we will as well.

Please remember to add your piece to the list of others by clicking on the little creature, and you can also add the creature to your own post by clicking on the link beneath it. Have fun, and I look forward to reading what you have written.

This photo was taken outside a bar
where I met some members of the
Dover Rowing Club. The bar is full
of art and old memorabilia.
You can use it for whatever you
wish though.

  1. AnElephantCant claim to be sensible
There are occasions he loses his focus
    But what he has done
He has done just for fun
He says it is magic Abracadabra Hocus Pocus

    1. AnElephantCan write a good story
One that does not become mired in a bog
      But that of a robber
      Getting covered in slobber
As the mother kills him with a wee frog

      1. I like mind pictures. I am usually somewhat disappointed when a literary character becomes an actor in a movie. Often the “reality” of the screen just isn’t matched to the “reality” in my reading mind.

      2. That’s true. I have seen some people become rather irate when their favourite character is cast differently
