This challenge celebrates its first anniversary this week, so I want to thank everybody that has been here from the start and I want to tank everybody who has joined in since then. Without your effort, your stories, your fun, your tales, your inspiration this would have petered out and fizzled a long time ago. Thank you all and I hope we have a great many more anniversaries.

THANK YOU

Every week on a Sunday, a new photo is used as a prompt for Flash Fiction challenge using around 200 words based on that image. Your story does not have to be exactly what the item in the photo is, you can make it anything you want, and enjoy what you write, and we will as well.

Please remember to add your piece to the list of others by clicking on the little creature, and you can also add the creature to your own post by clicking on the link beneath it. Have fun, and I look forward to reading what you have written.

But I did indeed think you would be first
So I hummed you a tune
And then sent you a balloon
But before it could cross the channel, it burst

    1. Thank you 🙂 I am impressed that it made it to a year. I was impressed that it made it to more than a month 🙂

  1. Really? It’s been a year!! Congratulations!

I was planning on writing this evening. Hubby’s meeting was canceled. And tomorrow is going to be a long day with the kiddies. I’m working on it now. But I might not get to post until tomorrow.

Thanks for your inspirational photos! And for prompting my writing ‘habit’ 🙂

  2. Its really been a year? It doesn’t seem that long ago when you were asking us if we would participate. Then trying out names for the challenge. Time surely flys. Congrats on your success.
